Episode 01. Es-Ow

Welcome to the episode 01 of I and Am podcast.

It's not often in showbiz that one meets someone young, gifted, grounded and so very down to earth. Someone who walks the talk with no artifice, pretense or fronting. I and Am met up with such a person. His name is Es-Ow.
Born in a village in Senegal of a Fulani mother and father. The first born of many siblings from his mother's offspring. He is the apple of his father's eye and the pride and joy of the entire village.

This Singer, song-writer, humanitarian is very serious about his gift, his craft. "Music is my life and a responsibility" he states candidly when we took a moment to sit down and shoot the breeze in a recent interview. This soft spoken artist Es-Ow, has a gentle approach yet he is firm and resolved in his convictions. He is emphatic and quite serious when he talks about his why for making music.

Raised in what could be called humble beginnings, Es-Ow exhibits the markings of someone who has always believed in himself and is clear about his calling and destiny.

He wears his celebrity well, showing no need to to bend backwards in an attempt to be liked.

He seems at ease with his level of musicianship and speaks lovingly about it. He shares about his journey in this first I and Am podcast.
