EPISODE 04: MARINA KRONKVIST - 'Loving play is a gift'

In this latest I And Am offering, we are joined by Marina Kronkvist, Author of the book Hon som fick veta (She Knows). The book was initially meant for children, but ended up being a book written from a child's perspective. Marina will be sharing with us about her book and her journey from childhood to where she is now. As the creator and founder of Ritual Play- a sensory based session inviting an interactive play dynamic, which was created as an alternative to the traditional giver-receiver dynamic used in touch-based sessions, like Tantra massage. Marina gives us a glimpse into the world of Ritual Play and how love as play can help us show up for ourselves in ways that are empowering, meaningful and loving.
